This is a lens on how to make running fun. A lot of us hate running or any kind of exercise for that matter. So whether you are running for weight loss, training, or just fun this lens is for you. I know that when I first started to run I absolutely hated it. This was partially because I was forced to run but also because I did not know how to have fun while doing it. This lens gives a few small and basic tips on how to make running fun. It is solely opinion based and is not scientifically proven but I do use these techniques and they work great for me.
